What is Vivid Digital Signage?

Vivid Digital Signage lets you display menus, promotions, and custom content on any screen in your business — managed entirely from your backend portal. Content updates instantly without physically touching the screen. Menu price changes sync automatically from your Catalog.

How to enable the Digital Signage module

  1. Log in to the backend portal.
  2. Open the left navigation and go to Modules.
  3. Find Digital Signage and click Get to subscribe.
  4. Click Settings on the module to begin setup.

What device runs the signage?

Digital signage runs on a small media device (such as an Android media player or Amazon Fire Stick) plugged into your display via HDMI. The device connects to the internet and pulls content from the Vivid cloud in real time — no manual updates needed at the screen.

What content can you display?

  • Menu boards with live pricing that updates when you change prices in Catalog
  • Promotional banners and announcements
  • Images and video
  • Custom layouts combining multiple content types

Each screen can show different content independently — your front-of-house screen shows the menu while a back-office screen shows daily specials or staff communications.
